Bharat Jewellers & Diamonds, located outside Nehru Gate, Batala, has been serving customers since 1998 with quality jewellery in Gold, Diamond, Kundan, and Silver. These terms govern the use of our services and any transactions made through or in association with our business.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• All products displayed are subject to availability.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on current gold, silver, and gemstone rates.
• We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product details, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise the order.

3. Orders & Customization

• Custom jewellery orders require a minimum advance payment, depending on the product.
• Delivery time for customized items may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Once an order is placed for customized jewellery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Payments

• We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfers, and approved credit/debit cards.
• Full payment must be made before the delivery of any product.
• Any disputes regarding payment must be reported immediately with valid proof.

5. Return, Exchange & Repairs

• Returns are only accepted on select items and must be made within 7 days of purchase, along with the original bill and packaging.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom-made, personalized, or worn jewellery.
• Exchange on gold and diamond jewellery is subject to purity check and current market value.
• We offer after-sales service and repairs at nominal charges, depending on the work required.

6. Authenticity & Certifications

• All our jewellery comes with proper hallmarking and/or certificates of authenticity, wherever applicable.
• Diamond jewellery is certified by recognized gemological labs.

7. Privacy Policy

• Customer data such as names, contact details, and purchase history are kept confidential and used solely to improve our services and communication.
• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content including logos, designs, photos, and branding are the property of Bharat Jewellers & Diamonds and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Bharat Jewellers & Diamonds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, supply issues, or third-party service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Batala, Punjab courts.
